Awww... very sweet. I loved the hearts desires and the traditions. Your story definitely made me smile.

THAT was amazingly romantic, just angsty enough to be believable, and so achingly sweet I was nearly in tears at the wedding. Excellent.

That was just beautiful! I loved everything about this story. The unwavering faith Harry and Severus had in each other was wonderful. I adore the idea of "wooing" before the commitment ceremony, and the hearts' desires you chose were great, not to mention the song and sonnet fit perfectly. Great job!

What a wonderfully romatic story. I loved how Harry and Severus were committed to each other in spite of the feelings of almost everyone else. And the rants from the beyond were great. Thanks for a terrific story.

That was beautiful, especially Remus' blessing. Wonderfully soft and romantic.

You had me laughing and crying.

I loved the gifts, the ceremony, the ghosts and the maturity of SS and HP vis-à-vis the opposition to their committment.

“Imagine my surprise to find you were not an annoying brat anymore.”

I just loved that line.

I love this story. The details of the Commitment tradition, Remus' self examination and the description of their new home all were fascinating. It went instantly to my favorites list.

I loved the quiet commitment of Harry and Severus throughout the piece, particularly in the face of all the negative responses they recieved. I particularly like the way Snape was alternately vulnerable and defensive on the behalf of Harry, but never stooped to outright anger and insults on his own behalf. Made their relationship that much more clear.

Very sweet story!

A wonderfully warm and romantic story. The love between Harry and Snape permeated throughout. Simply enchanting.

Harry returned to sit next to his lover; Severus continued to look at his hands. Within the circle of their shared silence, Severus slowly, gently, carefully laid his head on Harry’s shoulder and sighed.

*wibbles* *wobbles* Oh, good flangst.

“And it felt—feels—good. It feels right. It is right.”

Terrific speech by Harry and the end line just made me feel all gooey. Their love feels right to me too! :)

The description of their commitment ceremony was hugely enjoyable.

Sweet and delightful! Superb job!

Oh, what a gloriously romantic story! Beautifully done. And I love the conversations Harry's parents and Sirius and DD were having. Made me LOL. Really well thought out and just wonderful. Thanks so much for writing this!

Aww! That was lovely!

And the bit right after the Sonnet? Severus's words? Knee-weakening, melty-good!

And another romantic piece for the team! It's great to finally see the finished product. I love the Marauders' scenes, and as I may or may not have mentioned before, it's such a clever use of the prompt to extend the blessing giving to even those that are no longer with Harry and Snape. Brava! :)

I still remember, right before my wedding, when someone we both knew said to me: "You should rethink this. It's never going to last. He's not right for you." Of course, that guy is on marriage #3, and hubby and I are still going strong.

I love that this story really reaches the essence of what I felt: no one really knows the heart of a relationship except the people in it, and our loved ones only need accept it, not understand it.

I thought the description of the house and the wedding ceremony were wonderful. The lighting of the candles for loved ones now gone did bring a tear to my eye. Thanks for this wonderful story!

“I think I’d prefer to see you with Malfoy.”

Hee!

Look, I’ll work on this. I really will, mate. ‘Cause it’s you, you know?

Aww. Bless Ron and his best matery.

I love the scene with Severus facing Remus down. There's so much history between them, and it really shows in this scene. And this line:

He is a grown man, one far older than his chronological years.

is sad because it rings so very true.

“I have missed the sound of your footfall in our room, your voice calling my name, your breathing next to me in my bed.”

Severus's dialogue is so perfect: formal, almost distant sometimes, but heartfelt.

I love the ceremony, which is sweet and serious, rather than sappy. The Remus bits brought tears to my eyes, too.

Hee to Hermione and "She really got into the whole romance thing"! And the Remus/Hermione pairing works very well.

And the ending was gorgeous, with James & co accepting what was going on. Lovely!
